Bellbrook Rehab & Healthcare Center offers social service assistance to all patients and residents and their families. A fulltime licensed social worker is available Monday through Friday to assist with discharge arrangements, home health referrals, Medicaid applications and coverage questions. Social Services also works with psychological and psychiatric services to intervene in mental health issues such as depression. Depression can seriously hamper a patient’s motivation and progress, so early detection and intervention is imperative to help people return to their home.
